Marwadi University partners with ExploitX Tech Labs to make IT students job-ready

Gujarat-based Marwadi University has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with learning and recruitment platform ExploitX Tech Labs in a bid to encourage technology-based learnings and enhance industry-specific skills of students.

The collaboration will provide industry-relevant, high-quality and affordable technical education to the students, and is aimed at bridging the employability gap in the IT sector.

Under the MoU, students will be skilled in domains like Artificial Intelligence (AI), software development, DevOps and cyber security. With the use of advanced seminars, workshops and training, the two parties will enhance the technical skills of learners. Students will engage with holistic learning concepts from the tech domain through pioneering tech learning.

The skill gap in the Information Technology (IT) industry has increased the demand for professionals skilled in cloud computing, data science and natural language processing. Companies are making high investments in these fields while scouting highly qualified professionals prepared to fill the allied roles.

As per the India Skills Report of 2021, the public expenditure on cloud computing in the country has seen a nearly 30% increase from 2020 to over $4 billion.

RB Jadeja, dean, Faculty of Technology, Marwadi University, said, "The future is filled with concepts of Data Sciences, AI Algorithms, Blockchain Technology, Network Security. Knowledge about these concepts will enrich the students and help them make an impactful career."

The prime objective for Marwadi University’s collaboration is to give students of Computer Science hands-on training from well-known universities. ExploitX Tech Labs offers courses created by some of the best tech institutions including Ivy League colleges.
