The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is set to conclude the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2023 tier 2 option-cum-preference window today, November 23, at 11.59 PM. In a revised notification, the SSC extended the deadline due to a technical issue. Failure to submit preferences by the deadline will result in exclusion from the final merit list.
The SSC notification stated, “It is informed that due to a technical issue, options exercised by few candidates up to 20.11.2023 (12:00 PM) may have some error. Therefore, such candidates are advised to check the preferences filled by them and revise the same, if required.”
To ensure a smooth application process, candidates must carefully check eligibility criteria and physical standards outlined in the CGL tier 2 preference form. It is crucial to note that once preferences are submitted, they are final, and the order cannot be modified later.
For those yet to submit preferences, the process involves the following steps
Further, candidates must possess the necessary certificates or documents supporting their claims. Failure to produce these documents may lead to the cancellation of candidature.
