KSET 2024 Registration Window Opens - Find Detailed Application Steps and Schedule Here

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially commenced the online registration process for the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2024. This exam serves as a gateway to becoming an Assistant Professor in various universities and colleges across Karnataka. Interested candidates can start submitting their applications through the KEA website.

Easy Steps to Register

1. Visit the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/kset2024.
2. Select the ‘K-SET 2024’ option from the admissions dropdown menu on the homepage.
3. Click on the online application link.
4. Fill out the application form with personal and academic information.
5. Upload required documents.
6. Pay the application fee.
7. Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.

The KSET exam typically comprises two papers:

• Paper I (50 questions): General aptitude, reasoning, comprehension, teaching aptitude, research methodology, information and communication technology (ICT), and people and environment.
• Paper II (100 questions): Subject-specific questions based on the candidate's post-graduation specialisation.

The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) is a state-level eligibility test conducted by the KEA to determine the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges within Karnataka. Clearing the KSET is a mandatory requirement for aspiring Assistant Professors.
