The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) has commenced the registration process for positions of Constable (Pioneer) and Veterinary Staff posts at its official website. The application process has begun on Monday, August 12, 2024 and will conclude on September 10, 2024.

Through this recruitment process, a total of 326 candidates will be recruited across various trades. This includes Carpenter, Plumber, Mason, Electrician, Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary), Constable (Animal Transport) and Constable (Kennelman) with the ITBP.

Details of the vacancy

Constable (Carpenter) - 71 candidates will be recruited

Constable (Plumber) - 52 candidates will be recruited

Constable (Mason) - 64 candidates will be recruited

Constable (Electrician) - 15 candidates will be recruited

Head Constable (Dresser Veterinary) - 9 candidates will be recruited

Age limit

Constable (Pioneer) Posts - Candidates must be within the age of 18 to 23 years

Veterinary Staff - Candidates must be within the age of 18 to 25 years

Selection process

Eligible candidates will be recruited through a Physical Efficiency Test (PET),Physical Standards Test (PST), a written test and a Trade Test. This is be followed by Detailed Medical Examination.
