Examination Schedule
The GATE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held over four days, on February 1, 2, 15 and 16, 2025. There will be two shifts per day: the forenoon session from 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM and the afternoon session from 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM.
Candidates must check their respective categories and shifts for the examination.
GATE 2025 will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format across multiple cities. The exam will cover a wide range of engineering, technology, architecture, and science subjects, offering a total of 30 papers for aspirants to choose from. Candidates can opt for one or two papers, depending on their eligibility criteria.
