IIM CAT 2024 Result to Be Announced Soon: Steps to Download and Key Details

The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 results are expected to be declared soon, following the release of the final answer key. Conducted on November 24, 2024, in three sessions by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), this entrance exam is a national-level selection procedure to determine the candidate’s analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills through sections on Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA). 

Steps to Check CAT 2024 Result

Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their CAT 2024 scorecard once it is released:  

1. Visit the official CAT website.  

2. Login using your User ID and password.  

3. Click on the link for CAT 2024 Result.  

4. Download and save your scorecard for future reference.  

The CAT authorities recently published the final answer key after addressing objections raised during the provisional answer key phase. Though an exact date hasn’t been announced, the results will likely be declared soon.  

The scorecard will include sectional, overall percentiles, and raw scores. Based on the CAT score, candidates will be shortlisted for the next stages, which might include the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interviews (PI).
