More than 11,600 students allotted seats in the Delhi University (DU) first merit list have upgraded to courses and colleges of their preference in DU second merit list 2022. Nearly 8,133 new aspirants have been given seats in Delhi University second merit list that was released on 31 October for getting admission to undergraduate courses.

The window to accept the given seat at DU UG admission will be open from 31 October, 10 am to 1 November by 4.59 PM. Delhi University colleges will be verifying the application and approving the allotted seats by 2 November, 2022. Students have the option of paying the DU admission fee after the college approval by 3 November, till 4.59 pm. The university will release the list of vacant seats after the second DU merit list on 4 November at 5 PM. 

In the first round of seat allocations, 59,100 students have got admission. Delhi University is granting admission in around 70,000 seats in almost 209 programmes.
