The modules comprise Thinking Skills like critical thinking, creativity & problem-solving, design thinking, and media literacy; Growth Skills like productivity & accountability, communication skills & collaboration, leadership, flexibility, innovation & adaptability, and creative writing; and Societal Skills like individual & social responsibility, cross-cultural skills and self-direction.

These skills will enable educators to adopt topic-centric, project-based, experiential learning while closing the gap caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as adapt to India's new National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and CBSE's new teaching directive.

Founder and CEO at Dalham, Shekhar Bhattacharjee, shared a few words on the inauguration of the 21st-century skills courses for Educators, “We are glad to launch 21st-century skills courses for the educators that will enhance their skills...The 21st-century skill-based Micro-Learning Programme courses will provide focused training to the educators, allowing them to assess the importance of holistic development of every student, encouraging creativity and problem solving; thus, allowing students to go beyond the routine of technical skills… We look forward to the opportunity of imparting these courses through our quality faculty to teachers around the country enrolled for the courses and thereby attain our objective of upgrading the education system from the primary level.”

With these programmes, Dalham Learning hopes to assist instructors in overcoming robotic conditioning and gaining a better, more comprehensive perspective, which will then be reflected in their dialogue with students.

A "micro-learning module" mode was used to design the 10 modules of the 21st-century skills courses to accommodate the instructors' schedules and ease of use. These modules contain more than 60 hours of learning content and evaluation.

The training is slated to cost Rs. 2,500 per instructor, but Dalham Learning is launching the programme with an introductory offer of a flat one-time fee of Rs. 1,50,00 per school, irrespective of the number of teachers enrolled.
