Latest Update! NEET UG 2024 Exam Day Guidelines Released; Key Instructions

The NEET UG 2024 exam is set to take place on May 5, 2024, spanning 554 cities in India. Scheduled from 2PM to 5.20PM, the exam duration is 200 minutes. Beyond personal details and centre information, the admit card (once released) will include essential guidelines for the exam day. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) stands as a pivotal milestone for prospective medical students nationwide. 

Exam Day Guidelines to Keep in Mind

1. Admit Card and Identification: Ensure possession of a printed copy of your admit card alongside a valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhar card, passport, or driving license. 
2. Reporting Time and Entry Protocol: Arrive at the exam centre well ahead of the stipulated reporting time indicated on your admit card. 
3. Dress Code Compliance: Abide by the prescribed dress code delineated by exam authorities.
4. Prohibited Items: Avoid carrying prohibited items, including electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators), study materials, bags, wallets, or any contraband within the examination precincts. 
5. Candidates must ensure arrival at the exam centre well before 1.30PM, as entry post this threshold is prohibited.
6. Adherence to exam hall decorum and compliance with all directives is mandatory. Any instances of malpractice or irregularities should be promptly reported to invigilators.
