The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has officially announced the counselling schedule for CLAT 2025. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can register for counselling from December 11, 2024, via the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The registration window will remain open until December 20, 2024.
The counselling process will include five rounds, providing students with multiple opportunities to secure admission to their preferred institutions.
Key Dates for CLAT 2025 Counselling
For candidates opting to freeze or float their seats, payment deadlines are set between each round of allotments. The process will conclude with final university fee payments for selected candidates in June 2025.
Steps to Register for CLAT 2025 Counselling (Once it Starts)
CLAT 2025 counselling facilitates admissions to five-year LLB and LLM programmes offered by 24 NLUs, one private university, and over 60 affiliated colleges. After the merit list is published, candidates can choose to either confirm (freeze) their seat allotment, explore better options (float), or exit the process altogether.
Once seat allotments are finalised, students must report to their respective NLUs with all required documents for verification and admission formalities.
