The third sample paper for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2023 has been issued by the Consortium of NLUs (National Law Universities). Candidates who have registered for the CLAT exam for UG and PG courses can practice for the sample paper through the official website- consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Aspirants can prepare for the exam by downloading the CLAT sample paper.

Through the CLAT 2023 sample paper, the candidates will be familiarised with the paper pattern and ace their preparations accordingly, so that they can qualify for the exam with good marks.

The UG CLAT 2023 question paper will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) while the CLAT PG question paper will include 120 MCQs. For every wrong answer marked in CLAT 2023, Candidates will be awarded one mark (+1) for each correct answer and a 0.25 mark will be deducted.

CLAT Sample Papers 2023: How to Download

The question paper pattern for CLAT UG 2023 for the English Language is 28-32 questions or roughly 20 per cent of the paper; meanwhile, for the Current Affairs and General Knowledge section there will be 35-39 questions, approximately 25 per cent of the paper. Additionally, Logical Reasoning will include 28-32 questions which comprise 20 per cent of the paper and the Legal Reasoning section has 35-39 questions, roughly 25 per cent of the paper.

Lastly, Quantitative Techniques include 13-17 questions, leading up to 10 per cent of the entire question paper.

Candidates must note, they have until 17 December 2022  to fill in their preference for NLUs. The Consortium of NLUs released the CLAT 2023 admit card to registered candidates on 6 December 2022 at 6 pm on its official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in
