Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age as of January 1, 2024, with a maximum age of 35 years in the un-reserved and EWS categories, 37 years in the BC-I and BC-II categories, 38 years in the female category (un-reserved, EWS, BC-I, and BC-II), and 40 years in the ST and S. categories (both male and female). Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will receive an additional age relaxation of ten years.
Minimum Educational Qualification
- Typist/ Copyist (Civil Court) - Graduate in any subject from a recognised university with a typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) in English and 30 words per minute (wpm) in Hindi.
- Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer - Graduate in any subject from a recognised university with a typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) in English and 30 words per minute (wpm) in Hindi.
- Deposition Typist (Civil Court) - Graduate in any subject from a recognised university with a typing speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) in English and 30 words per minute (wpm) in Hindi.
