The D.B.M.S. English School hosted the Biswadeep Sarkar Memorial Inter School Environment Quiz on the 21st of September, 2023. This quiz is held every year in loving memory of Biswadeep, who was a student of the school. The quiz masters for the day were Std. XI and Std. XII students of D.B.M.S. English School, as the host school did not participate in the quiz.
The school believes in promoting Environmental awareness through this quiz and making everyone aware of the fragility of our environment and the importance of its protection.
This quiz was held for students of Std. VIII, IX and X. A total of 12 schools participated in the preliminary round, meanwhile, five teams qualified for the finals.

The quiz comprised five rounds. The children were quizzed on a wide array of environmental topics wherein they had to exercise their wits to battle it out for the top spot. It was truly an infotainment quiz which was enjoyed by both the participants and the audience.
The quiz was witnessed by the Members of the D.B.M.S. English School Management Committee, Principal Mrs. Rajani Shekhar and Vice Principal Mr. P. K. Sahu.
Narbheram Hansraj English School emerged as the winner in a closely fought contest with 100 points.
The second place was bagged by Loyola School, with 71 points. Additionally, Little Flower School secured the thyroid position with 70 points.
