The closing ceremony came to life when more than 800 children sitting in the auditorium clapped and danced to the tunes of DJ Arjun, an ex Heritan

'Aalap', the non-competitive, collaborative fest organised by The Heritage School, Kolkata has concluded with more than 400 participants from 15 different schools participating in the event. The students returned home with happy smiles and a bundle of delightful books as they discovered each other's uniqueness and learned to celebrate the spirit of teamwork and sharing.

The fest had a total of three on-stage and 5 off-stage events namely Speechless (Mime), Sing Along (Music), Rhythm Divine (Dance) and Play with Clay (Clay Modelling). Paint your Imagination (Art), Scien-terrific (Science Collaboration), Spin a Yarn (Literary Collaboration) and Court-Ship (Table Tennis).

The closing ceremony came to life when more than 800 children sitting in the auditorium clapped and danced to the tunes of DJ Arjun, an ex Heritan, who graced the occasion as a guest of honour and enthralled the audience with his electrifying DJ sets.

The representing teachers from the other schools raved about the perfect organisation, detailed planning and abundant warmth displayed by the host school.

‘Aalap’ will, hopefully, help build bridges and our Highflyers, Go Getters and Eager Beavers will help create a more empathetic and united society in future!
